Conor Mullin was born in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island and received his Juris Doctor from the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University in 2014. Conor articled with Legal Aid Manitoba at the Northlands Community Law Center in the Pas, MB and was called to the Bar in 2015. After that Conor was called to the Bar of Newfoundland and Labrador in 2015 and worked as a Staff Solicitor with the Newfoundland and Labrador Legal Aid Commission in both Happy Valley-Goose Bay and Corner Brook until 2018 when he relocated home to Prince Edward Island. After being called to the bar for a third time, Conor was employed in private practice as an Associate with Key Murray Law in Charlottetown, PE. As of 2023, Conor is employed as a Staff Lawyer with Prince Edward Island Legal Aid in Charlottetown focused exclusively on criminal defence, as he has for the majority of his career.
Conor is an active and involved member of his community and is currently President of the John Howard Society of Prince Edward Island and a Director of the John Howard Society of Canada. Conor is also a Director of the Charlottetown Area Housing Authority and a member of the Canadian Prison Law Association.
Conor has been privileged to appear at all levels of Court in both Prince Edward Island and Newfoundland and Labrador as well as representing clients before Mental Health Review boards and various administrative tribunals.
