Lisanne O. Maurice, Director

Lisanne Maurice was born in Moncton, New Brunswick and received her LL.B. from the Université de Moncton French Common Law Program in 2000. She was admitted to the Bar of New Brunswick in June 2001.

Lisanne Maurice was initially in private practice. She joined the New Brunswick Legal Aid Services Commission a staff lawyer in 2004 and has practiced there since, practicing exclusively in the area of Criminal Defence.

Lisanne is an active member of the Law Society of New Brunswick, the Canadian Bar Association and the International Criminal Bar. She is currently an appointed member of the New Brunsick Bar Admission Course Committee and teaches regularly at the Bar Admission Course in Criminal Law.

Lisanne practices in both official languages.
